The closest representation would be an equal blend of the contemporary pop music and hardcore punk genres. The vocals and melodic hooks are soulful and catchy, yet the rhythms often bounce between big beat, break beat, hip-hop and some extremely brutal 2-step (often in half-time) which is more than appropriate for vocal screaming and for audiences to fight dance to.
