The JaK Attack! #77 - MP3
Updated: 2010-11-04 13:41:24
Description: Dang it, the audio is still sub par. I give up - going back to recording the show in a Windows box just because it doesn't give me trouble with audio. In this episode: Kelly has been a busy little beaver - go check out her video blog at http://www.kellymitchelmore.ca. Lots of good HOWTOs and tips on renovationey stuff! Jon ponders the "Human Humm" of Twitter and wonders whether it should be throttled during important things like elections. Accompanying blog post here. What is up with the missing Android apps? Vendors are putting apps in the Android Marketplace, but they are not showing up for everyone. This is the classic Blackberry problem which essentially killed BBs. Is Android going to be the next device pushed out the door for the same reason? Kelly's Top Ten list of things to say to annoy a wildlife photographer from Paul Burwell. Bork Outs: Ring Central gets a big bork out from Jon for being stupid about their Android app. Don't tell your customers you're bringing out an Android app if you're not. Or if it's going to be 6 months. Just shut up until you actually have something to say. Kelly borks out on amateur business people who have gmail.com email addresses, free Vista print business cards, and 3-message-limit voicemails. Either be in business or don't be in business. Pick one.
